In case you don't know, Metallica is THE BEST BAND IN THE WORLD!!!! They are full of energy and not afraid to show it on stage. The raw vibe they give off is just what I need to releive any stress I may have. And their studio work is great! They put so much time and work into their songs, very beautifully written and well put together with awesome lyrics, very fast thrash flying guitars (and of course slower and heavier guitars), a mad drummer, and heavy bass. I serisouly suggest if you are even interested in rock music...try them out. You may like their earlier stuff....tottally concentrated on fast guitars dominating the world. Or their more recent stuff, slower, but heavier with better lyrics and more variations in sound. I love em all!

You want fast, thrash, head banging, neck throwing, whiplash songs? Try: Master of Puppets, Blitzkrieg, Breadfan, Ride the Lightning, Creeping Death, Battery, Eye of the Beholder, and a whole lot more.

For slower but heavier metal music, go for: Enter Sandman (my personal favorite of all time) Sad but True, Of Wolf and Man, Wherever I May Roam (AWESOME LYRICS), Fuel, King Nothing, I Disappear, Die Die my Darling (originally released by The Misfits) and a ton more.

And for more balad kinda songs (or songs that have some soft parts, but then get hard) try out: Fade to Black, Nothing Else Matters, Welcome Home (Sanatarium), One, Unforgiven, No Leaf Clover, Until It Sleeps, and a few more.
